Here are all the questions pertaining to shipping and delivery on Nutcase. Do note, our shipping and delivery policies change as per products, these are general policies and are subject to change or differ as per the products

How long would it take for me to receive the product?
At Nutcase, since we have a wide catalogue of personalized and designer print-on-demand product, we take approx 48 to 72 hours to custom make products.

After production, how long would it take for me to receive the product?
Mumbai and Maharashtra - 1-3 working days
All Metros and Major Cities - 2-4 working days
Remote Cities and Towns - 4-7 working days
Do note, above delivery timelines are tentative, and depends upon host of factors. Such as floods, political disruptions, festivals, holidays and other factors that can impact the logistics services.

By when do you dispatch the products?
Depending upon your order, usually we dispatch within 2-3 working days. For bulk/corporate/large orders, depending upon the quantity and product, we clearly communicate the delivery timelines. We have a 100% on time delivery record for bulk orders. We have successfully delivered large orders to large national and international clients like Godrej, GE Shipping, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Sony, Infosys and many more.

How do you ship the products?
We use some of the most reliable 3rd party shipping companies like Delhivery, Bluedart and others. 

When and how will I get the tracking ID for my product?
As soon as your product is shipped a tracking ID will be shared immediately via whatsapp

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided it is on a working day.

After the 2-hour window, you may still contact us to request a cancellation. However, our team will first check the order status. If the product is already in production or ready, cancellation may not be possible, as we work towards efficiency and aim to dispatch orders at the earliest.

Please note:

• Any cancellation requested via Delhivery or Blue Dart WhatsApp is not considered a cancellation with us.

• If a parcel returns to us (RTO), a reshipment charge will apply, as clearly stated in our shipping policy.

• Since this is a custom-made order, refunds are not possible. However, we can reship the item.
